IEEE CBI is a scientific and professional conference for communities of the emerging field of Business Informatics.
The organizers of IEEE CBI 2022 view the main sessions and the associated workshops as key instruments of this community building effort, and therefore favor full conference participation and intense interaction between researchers and professionals, with their diversity of interests and experiences, during the entire conference duration.
Therefore, our policy regards the main conference sessions and the workshops sessions as a common event, definitively not be seen as separate events.
Each paper accepted to be presented either in a conference session or in a workshop and consequently published in the Proceedings, MUST be associated with a distinct author full conference registration before 15 May 2022.
Early bird rate is applicable for registrations before 1 Juny 2022.

Please note that if you a have an additional paper (so more than one paper), we have to charge a publication fee of EUR 250.
Conference Registration includes all Workshops and Evening Social Functions:
- Attendance to all sessions of the conference, workshops
- One copy of the electronic proceedings
- Lunches and coffee breaks on June 15 – June 17
- The Welcome Reception on June 15
- The Conference Banquet on June 16
Optional additional Items:
- Additional Reception Ticket: EUR 20 (subject to availability)

Registration Procedure
IEEE No Show Policy: IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
Registration by e-mail or phone will NOT be accepted. Please make sure to carefully read all the following information, first.
Important: CBI2022 will cross-check all IEEE memberships against IEEE’s database. Please make sure that you have renewed your membership for 2022. Students will be required to show their student (and IEEE, if applicable) membership card(s) at the conference Registration Desk.
Note: Student registration is restricted to B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. candidates with student status. Research assistants which are employed by their university must register at full rate.

On-site Registration and payment accepts cash (in Euro) payments only. No other type of payment will be accepted.
